What your plan includes
We handle the maintenance and monitoring listed above. If we find an issue outside your plan, we will explain it and quote the work before proceeding.
Work outside your plan
Hacked-site cleanup, restoration, troubleshooting, development, design changes, and content updates are separate paid services.
Off-site backups provide a recovery point. Restoration is not included. Also fees for paid plugins, themes, licences, and third-party services are not included in the plan.
