The Canadian Wellness Directory is an wellness, fitness and health based directory that helps Canadians find the best wellness spots near them. With their directory, it is possible to easily locate the wellness, fitness and health related spots in Canada. They have been running their wellness directory for over 20 years now.
We helped merge and transfer their old system into a modern Wordpress developed website. Integrated into this website is a mapping system with location based searching to make it easy to search and find the closest wellness and fitness spots in Canada.
Their new website was launched in 2018 and is being actively developed as a premier resource for all things wellness.

Web Development Notes
For this project, we customized and developed a responsive Wordpress web site based on a directory theme using a structured content system. This website allows the staff at The Canadian Wellness Directory to easily manage, approve and add new listings of Canadian businesses.
As part of this project we customized a Wordpress child theme for the template along with applying some basic mobile and responsive optimizations.
