How much does web hosting cost?
The cost for hosting a website with Elehost Web Design Inc will depend on the space you require and the features that you need. We offer five different hosting plans which can be customized to suit your needs.

Do you allow adult content?
No. Elehost Web Design Inc. has as part of its terms of service the requirement that no adult content of any kind may be posted on a web site hosted by us.
"Elehost expressly forbids anyone from using Elehost servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic and hate related materials, slanderous, illegal, offensive and any and all materials of an adult nature."
That means you agree not to store, transmit, link to, advertise or make available any images containing nudity or semi-nudity.
What is an SMTP server?
An SMTP or outgoing server is a mail server that allows you to send email. Elehost Web Design Inc. does not provide SMTP service. SMTP service is provided by your ISP, so any email account you set up with Elehost should use the SMTP server provided by your ISP in order to send mail.
What is a server?
A server is a computer located on the Internet that stores your website's "files" so that people will be able to view your web site. Without a web hosting service your computer would have to function as a server and you would have to let people into your computer to see your web site pages (and you would incur the extraordinary cost of running special connections to your computer). A good reliable server is essential for your website. If you intend to have people view your site, the server must be capable of handling all the requests in a timely manner. If a server goes "down" people have no access to your site and, consequently, you stand the chance of losing clients.
What is a POP3 server?
A POP3 or incoming server is a mail server that allows you to receive email. Elehost Web Design Inc. provides POP3 service. Normally Elehost calls the POP3 server you would connect to mail.domainname. For example, if your domain was elehost.com, then the name of the POP3 server you would connect to would be mail.elehost.com.
If you wish to connect securely to download your mail then please use secure.elehost.com as the POP3 server location and enable SSL encryption on port 995.
